SECTION 14 - Fondamental principles

For the respect of the Earth and all other forms of life, the corporation:

  1. Acknowledge the interdependency between all living creatures just like the value of all forms of life, whatever its use for human kind.

  2. Acknowledge the dignity proper to each person and the intellectual, artistic, ethic and spiritual potential of all human being.

  3. Assert that the liberty, the knowledge and the power involve the responsibility to act for the common well-being.

  4. Indorse the social and economical justice by permitting everybody to use the means in order to assure their livelihood in a useful and ecologicaly sustainable manner.

  5. Adopt, at all levels, a planning and a regulation in terms of sustainable development.

  6. Acknowledge that the privilege to manage and use natural ressources involve an environmental responsibility.

  7. Manage the use of renewable ressources by using behaviorswhich respect the regeneration cycles and who protect the ecosystem’s health.

  8. Adopt life style who emphasises on life quality and material moderation.

  9. Act with moderation and efficiency by using the energy sources and favor the use of renewable energies.

  10. Reduce, reuse and recycle materials in the production and intake systems, and make sure that the residual wastes can be assimilated by the ecosystems.

  11. Exclude and eliminate genetically altered organisms or harmful exogenous to the native species and to the environment.

  12. Give a sense of responsibility to those who pretend that a suggested activity will not cause significant damages and compel the responsible party to assume completely the environment damages.

  13. Foster the development, adoption and the equitable transfer of safe technologies for the environment.

  14. Create and preserve viable natural and biological reserves, including wild territories.

  15. Participate to the regeneration of the threatened species and ecosystems.

  16. Pass on to the future generation the values, traditions and the institutions who encourage the long term prosperity of human and ecological communities of the Earth.
