The charitable registration gives the donator the opportunity to get a receipt from the organism which can be used as a tax shelter.
Community land trust
The community land trust is structured as a non-profit land trust which aims to protect, preserve and prepare ecologically the lands for the community. As the trustee, Terravie has to see to it that the land is used according to its chart and rules stipulations
